Morning Schedule
5:00 AM – Wake Up & Freshen Up
Personal hygiene, meditation, and light stretching.
5:30 AM – Physical Training (PT)
Running, push-ups, sit-ups, rope climbing, obstacle course.
Focus on endurance, strength, and agility, guided by retired Army officers.
6:30 AM – Yoga / Breathing Exercises
Enhances focus, flexibility, and mental calmness.
7:00 AM – Breakfast
Healthy meal to fuel morning activities.
