We got an absolutely delicious midweek treat from Tikka Nation, located at 1 Waxhouse Gate, St Albans AL3 4EH. I was tired of the usual takeaways, so I called 01727 869398 and tried their chicken tikka box. It came with fluffy rice, grilled chicken bursting with flavour, and a tangy mint sauce that tied it all together. It tasted fresh and authentic—nothing like your typical greasy curry house. The staff were kind and gave me spice level options too. It's now our midweek dinner go-to spot.
