How a Client Created a Mediterranean Poolside With Faux Outdoor Plants

Recently, our team was approached by a client who was intent on creating a specific aesthetic for her poolside – a Mediterranean-style outdoor area to make her feel like she’s taking a dip in the clear waters of the Amalfi coast.

Our client’s poolside area was clean and functional, but it looked unfinished. The central wall, designed with elegant columns and neutral tones, offered a solid architectural presence but lacked warmth, charm, and personality.

Despite its strong bones, the wall blended into the background rather than standing out as a design feature. As a result, it didn’t capture the inviting, sun-drenched atmosphere she wanted for her outdoor space.
